A Chirp Session is our signature 90-minute brand discovery experience. Before we put a single frame in motion, we want  to understand your brand, your audience, your goals and your vision. It’s part strategy session, part creative conversation, and by the end, we both know exactly what your animation journey should look like. Think of it as where your brand story officially starts moving.

For most projects, yes, and intentionally so. We’ve found that skipping discovery leads to misaligned work and unhappy clients on both sides. The Chirp Session ensures that everything we build actually fits your brand and your business goals. It’s not a formality; it’s where the real magic starts.

After your session, we’ll put togethera customized project proposal based on everything we discussed, including recommended package, scope, timeline and investment. You’ll have everything you need to make an informed decision with zero pressure.

Here’s the full flight path:

2. We meet, explore your brand and get aligned on vision and goals
3. You receive a custom project proposal
4. Upon approval and deposit, production begins
5. We deliver draft animations for your review and feedback
6. Revisions are incorporated per your package
7. Final files are delivered in full upon completion of payment

It depends on the scope. A logo animation or social GIF can typically be turned around in 1-2 weeks. An explainer video generally takes 4-8 weeks from kickoff to final delivery, depending on the complexity and how quickly feedback rounds move. You’ll receive a specific timeline in your project proposal.

The more the better! Helpful things to have ready:

• Existing brand assets (logo files, color palette, fonts)
• Any copy, script ideas, or messaging you’ve already developed
• Examples of motion styles you love, or want to avoid
• A clear sense of your audience and what action you want them to take

We do! We offer flexible payment structures including milestone-based splits (deposit + delivery) and monthly installment plans for select packages. Ask us about options during your Chirp Session and we’ll find a structure that works for where you are.

We hear you, and we’ve thought about this. We offer a limited Heart-Centered Rate for entrepreneurs who are the right fit but need a little financial flexibility to get started. It’s not widely advertised, but it exists. Bring it up during your Chirp Session and we’ll have an honest conversation.

You do, fully and completely, once your project balance is paid in full. You receive all final deliverables and full ownership rights to use your animation across any platform, any time, for any purpose.

Final deliverables very by package and are outlined specifically in your project proposal. Typically, you can expect MP4 video files optimized for web and social and any additional formats specified for your project. We’ll always tell you exactly what you’re getting before a single frame is made.

Revision rounds are specified per package and outlines in your project proposal. We build in generous review windows because we genuinely want you to love what we create. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at our standard rate.
